Cecil Trampota, aged 34, was last seen on February 26, 1989, in Oxnard, California. On the day of his disappearance, Cecil was wearing a red sweater and blue pants. Standing at 5'9" and weighing 150 pounds, he had brown hair, green eyes, and a distinguishing feature—a chipped front tooth. Cecil was last seen in the Oxnard area, but after that day, he has not been heard from again.
