Kemp Scott, an 18-year-old from Rochester, New York, was last seen on July 20, 1992. Scott, who had recently graduated high school, was known for his outgoing personality and strong ties to his family and friends. On the day of his disappearance, Kemp was seen in his local neighborhood, but when he failed to return home or make contact with his family, they grew concerned and reported him missing. His sudden disappearance left his loved ones and the community deeply troubled.
