Arun Jesra, age 36, went missing on May 22, 1998, during a flight over the Half Moon Bay area in California. He was one of four passengers aboard a rented single-engine Piper Arrow plane, piloted by Robert Beach. The plane departed from Reid-Hillview Airport in San Jose without a flight plan, with the intention of heading to Half Moon Bay for dinner. Jesra and the others on board were last seen before the plane disappeared from radar that evening.
