Robert Charles Ruoff, 45, was last seen on November 21, 2009, in St. Louis, Missouri. He left his family's residence on Minnesota Avenue at approximately 2:30 a.m., wearing a blue and gray Nike jacket, dark-colored jeans, a striped shirt, and pale blue Jordan sneakers. Ruoff left without taking any personal belongings, including his wallet and suitcase, and he has not been heard from since.
