John Gregory Hughes, a 49-year-old resident of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, went missing on May 7, 2012, alongside his girlfriend, Heidi Rhodes. The couple was last seen in Bay County, and neither has been heard from since. Their disappearance went unreported for several weeks, which was unusual, as it was out of character for them to leave without any warning.
