Dona Marie Perry, age 68, was last seen on January 5, 2016, at a Starbucks in Ojai, California. That morning, she left her home around 9 a.m. to attend a doctor's appointment in Thousand Oaks, but she canceled the appointment and has not been heard from since. Perry was diagnosed with early-stage Alzheimer’s, which had not yet severely impacted her cognition, but it may have played a role in her disappearance.
