In March 2016, the community of Manchester, Kentucky, was unsettled by the disappearance of 30-year-old Angela K. Smith, a woman known to her loved ones as 'Toot Toot.' She was last seen at her trailer home on Little Creek Road. The circumstances surrounding her disappearance were immediately alarming, as her home was discovered to have burned down around the same time she went missing.
