Jasmine Michelle Cruz, a 30‑year‑old African‑American woman, disappeared on April 1, 2016, from the Deep Water area of Fayetteville, West Virginia. At the time of her disappearance she was described as approximately 5′2″ tall, weighing around 160 pounds, with black hair styled in a wavy afro and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a short‑sleeved black and white sweater, beige leggings, and Nike sneakers.
