Troopers and volunteers from several Western Alaska villages were looking for an 18-year-old last seen early Sept. 7 in Shageluk, with few clues available on where he might have gone.
Alaska State Troopers in Aniak were informed shortly after 9:30 a.m. Thursday that Alfred Hamilton was missing, according to a dispatch issued Monday afternoon. He was last seen just after midnight in Shageluk, a community of about 70 people on the Innoko River.
