Tracie Bell, a 54-year-old Cook County State Attorney's Office employee, was last seen at her condo in Richton Park, Illinois, on March 6, 2018. On that day, police conducted a welfare check after she missed work, a behavior described as uncharacteristic for her. When officers arrived, they found Tracie at home, appearing disoriented, but otherwise cooperative. Paramedics were called to check her vitals, including her blood sugar, as she was diabetic.
