Kevin Lee Hawkins, a 56-year-old man from Spencer, Indiana, was last seen on July 10, 2018. At the time of his disappearance, Kevin was homeless and lived in Owen County, where he frequently stayed at a campsite he had set up along railroad tracks near the White River. Despite his transient lifestyle, it was unusual for him not to maintain contact with his family, which raised concerns when he went missing.
