Wendy Faith Levicoff, a 45-year-old woman, was last seen on September 21, 2018, in Oakland, California. Levicoff, who had a history of bipolar disorder, left behind a three-page suicide note in her room, discovered by her roommates. Her cell phone was last pinged near San Francisco, and her vehicle was later found abandoned in the area. Despite a search, Wendy’s body was never recovered.
