Charles Martin, age 9, was last seen on October 4, 1987, in Dunedin, Florida. On that day, he, along with his mother, Ginger Martin, and a man named John Brady, departed on a 38-foot Sea Ray boat, reportedly heading to Haiti. The group's departure was not reported to law enforcement until February 26, 1988, several months after they were last seen.
