Cindy Powers-Byrd, 27, was last seen on January 1, 1989, in Norcross, Georgia. At the time of her disappearance, she had reportedly been with her ex-husband, from whom she had been divorced for 25 years. Cindy’s family has not heard from her since that day, and despite years of searching, her whereabouts remain unknown.
