Mildred Hood, a 41-year-old woman from Pasadena, Texas, was last seen on June 8, 1990. She was using a pay phone located in the 2700 block of Red Bluff in Pasadena before disappearing. Hood was described as standing 5'10", weighing around 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
