Norman Closson III, a 19-year-old from Bass Harbor, Maine, was reported missing on February 24, 1991, after the fishing vessel he was working on, *Risky Business*, sank off the coast near Frenchboro. Closson was one of three crew members aboard the scallop dragger when it went down during a fishing expedition. The other missing crew members were Lawrence Robbins, the captain, and Benjamin Day, another fisherman.
