In the community of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, concern grew for 40-year-old Billie Brinkley Canter after she was last seen on February 15, 2024. Reports from that time indicated she was seen in the 1200 block of Winfield Drive around 3:00 p.m. and was not heard from again. Canter is a white female with brown eyes and dark brown hair that is graying. At the time she went missing, she stood between 5'4' and 5'6' tall and weighed between 150 and 170 pounds.
