At 8 pm Wednesday evening, the Alaska State Troopers suspended its efforts to locate the 20-year-old Delta Junction man, Emmanuel "Martin" Hosier, who was last seen at 9 pm July 8th.
It was the family of the missing man that reportedly saw him last. An inquery into his whereabouts came about as a result of troopers finding Hosier’s empty vehicle parked at a local Delta Junction bluff overlooking the Tanana River on July 9th.
