John Vang, a 46-year-old man from Tulsa, Oklahoma, has been missing since March 28, 2014. He was last seen at his daughter’s apartment, where he mentioned to her boyfriend that he might travel back to California by bus. The following day, Vang and his luggage were gone, and he has not been seen or heard from since.
