Annie Ruth Paul, a 72-year-old woman, was last seen on February 8, 2015, at approximately 2:30 p.m. She was standing on the porch of Rosa's Caring Heart, an assisted living facility located on Highway 221 in Greenville, Florida. At the time of her disappearance, Annie was wearing blue jeans, a white long-sleeved shirt, and black slippers with a pink strap. She suffered from dementia and may have been disoriented, raising concerns about her ability to find her way back if she wandered off.
An extensive search was launched, involving local law enforcement, canine units, helicopters, and other resources, but no trace of Annie was found. Despite the efforts of the Madison County Sheriff’s Office and continued community involvement, her whereabouts remain unknown. Annie had been living at the assisted living facility and was originally from Gadsden County, Florida. Given her medical condition, there was an urgent need to locate her due to the possibility that she required immediate medical care.
