Selvin Nolasco Manuelez, a 15-year-old from Miami, Florida, went missing on July 23, 2016. At the time of his disappearance, he was residing at a children's detention center for unaccompanied minors. The facility was contracted by the Department of Homeland Security and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
