In the heart of West Philadelphia, a family has been waiting for answers for years. On September 8, 2016, 50-year-old Chaloe Alonza Long was last seen at her home on the 4100 block of Westminster Avenue. According to her family, an ambulance was called to her residence, and she was transported to either Penn Presbyterian Medical Center or the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
