Chaloe Alonza Long, a 50-year-old woman from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was last seen on September 8, 2016. On that day, family members reported that Long was picked up by an ambulance from her home on the 4100 block of Westminster Avenue. She was said to have been transported to either Penn Presbyterian Medical Center or the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, but no confirmed record of her arrival at either facility has been made public.
