Scott Joseph Godsey, 54, was last seen on July 9, 2018, in Port Charlotte, Florida. On July 11, he was captured on surveillance using his EBT card at a Publix grocery store at approximately 11:30 a.m., which is the last confirmed sighting of him. He was reported missing by his sister on September 1, 2018.

At the time of his disappearance, Godsey was homeless and living at a local homeless camp. His bicycle, his primary mode of transportation, was found at the camp after he vanished. God ...
