Jeffrey Arild Keidser, 61, was last seen on January 23, 2019, leaving his home in Redondo Beach, California, with his sister's dog, Frankie. He had been struggling with delusional thoughts, leading his family to worry about his safety. His car, a silver 2004 Saturn, was found abandoned in a remote area near Masonic, California. Inside, authorities discovered a receipt indicating he had purchased winter gear. Despite extensive searches, neither Keidser nor the dog have been located. Investigators continue to seek information about his whereabouts.
