On April 19, 2015, Brian Jenkins, a 50-year-old man from Albany, New York, told his daughter he was going to the Capital City Rescue Mission's Substance Abuse Program. Later that day, he called her to say he couldn't get into the program and was sitting near the Hudson River. His daughter offered to pick him up the next day, but when she tried to call, he didn't answer. Brian hasn't been seen or heard from since.
