On February 7, 2005, the city of Wilmington, Delaware, was shaken by a tragic event that left an indelible mark on the community. Nineteen-year-old Marquita Smith and twenty-eight-year-old Holland Brown were found fatally shot in Brown's car on the 2600 block of Jefferson Street.
