In the late hours of a Thursday in September 2017, a friend of Walter Glen Timmons grew concerned. Knowing the 78-year-old frequented a pawn shop on the east side of Indianapolis, the friend went to the parking lot of the First Cash Pawn near East 38th Street and North Post Road to check on him. There, a somber discovery was made. Timmons was found slumped over in his pick-up truck.
