Walter Timmons, a 78-year-old Indianapolis resident, was found dead on September 7, 2017, in what authorities determined to be a homicide. Timmons' body was discovered inside his truck in the parking lot of a payday lending establishment, not far from the troubled Towne and Terrace complex.
