Oberia Pierce, a 33-year-old male, was fatally shot on October 26, 2007, in Chicago, Illinois. The homicide took place in the Little Village neighborhood, a community that had experienced significant gang activity during that period. Pierce was shot and killed by members of a gang reportedly linked to the Latin Kings, a prominent street gang in Chicago.
