A man is fatally shot in a vacant building
On December 3, 2018, 23-year-old Justin Bell was found fatally shot in a vacant building in an unincorporated area of Hayward, California. Police responded to a report of gunfire on the 22000 block of Maple Court, where they discovered Bell dead at the scene.
