A man is fatally shot in a vacant building
On December 3, 2018, 23-year-old Justin Bell was found fatally shot in a vacant building in an unincorporated area of Hayward, California. Police responded to a report of gunfire on the 22000 block of Maple Court, where they discovered Bell dead at the scene. Justin had recently aged out of the foster care system and was described by friends and family as an outgoing and cheerful individual.
