An Arkansas truck stop employee is found murdered near Memphis, TN
In the autumn of 2006, 19-year-old Tracy Owana Jones, a multiracial female, was traveling through Arkansas, working for a magazine sales company. On November 15th, she was dropped off by her boyfriend and employer, Robert Blair, at the Pilot Travel Center off Interstate 40 at the Galloway exit, a busy hub for truckers and travelers alike.
