An Arkansas truck stop employee is found murdered near Memphis, TN In the autumn of 2006, 19-year-old Tracy Owana Jones, a multiracial female, was traveling through Arkansas, working for a magazine sales company. On November 15th, she was dropped off by her boyfriend and employer, Robert Blair, at the Pilot Travel Center off Interstate 40 at the Galloway exit, a busy hub for truckers and travelers alike. Tracy, with her blonde hair and a petite frame of five feet four inches, went about her work, engaging with various people at the truck stop throughout the
day. As evening approached, the routine calls from Blair to arrange her pickup went unanswered, sparking the first inklings of concern.
The following day, with still no word from Tracy, Blair's unease grew. He reached out to her family, but they too had not heard from her. On November 17th, two days after she was last seen, Blair officially reported Tracy Owana Jones as a missing person to the Little Rock police. Eleven days after her disappearance, on November 26, 2006, her body was discovered in a semi-wooded area off the side of the road in Memphis, Tennessee.
