On January 31, 2009, a tragic fire engulfed a three-story apartment building at 3912 West Argyle Street in Chicago's Albany Park neighborhood, claiming the lives of 23-year-old Hispanic female Roxana Ocampo and her 7-year-old daughter, Itzel Fernandez.
