On December 9, 2009, Anthony Watts, a 26-year-old African American male, was fatally shot in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred during a gathering to celebrate an eighth-grade graduation. While Anthony Watts and others were present, two individuals approached the residence and opened fire.
