In the winter of 2011, the brief life of a six-week-old infant named Andre Melton came to a tragic end in Glendale, Arizona, a city within the Phoenix metropolitan area. On January 9th, paramedics were summoned to a residence after receiving a report that the young male had become unresponsive.
