Murdered

On or about Jan. 9, 2011, paramedics were called after a report that Andre had become unresponsive following a
bout of choking and spitting up. Paramedics performed CPR and transported to the hospital. Andre was admitted to
the ICU and a CT scan found a central brain bleed and no fractures. Andre coded and was pronounced dead. The
