On the night of September 30, 2011, 23-year-old Cresencio Munoz III was the victim of a fatal shooting in Phoenix, Arizona. At approximately 11:20 p.m., Munoz was a passenger in a Chevrolet S-10 truck, driven by his cousin, when the vehicle was stopped at a sign at the intersection of 3rd Avenue and Fillmore Street.
