David J. Kartzmark, age 25, was fatally shot on January 5, 2013, in the Humboldt Park neighborhood of Chicago. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 7 a.m., in the 1500 block of North Talman Avenue. Kartzmark was found with a gunshot wound to the chest and was pronounced dead while being transported to Norwegian-American Hospital.
