Henry Atkins, a 39-year-old male, was fatally shot in the early hours of April 30, 2013, in Chicago's Hyde Park neighborhood. The incident occurred at approximately 12:16 a.m. when Henry Atkins was visiting an acquaintance, Luis Galvan, at an apartment located on South Harper Avenue.
