Death by Force

On January 11, 2015, 17-year-old Andrew Newman, a well-regarded student at Dunbar High School in Washington, D.C., was fatally shot while leaving a house party in the Eckington neighborhood. The incident occurred around 1:40 a.m. in the 200 block of T Street NE, where more than 20 shots were fired, striking the house, railing, and fence.
