On a summer morning in Washington, D.C., the life of 37-year-old Michael Miller, a male resident of Southeast, was tragically cut short. On Saturday, July 21, 2018, at approximately 9:17 a.m., Miller was found fatally shot in an alley in the 1600 block of Minnesota Avenue SE. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
