On April 19, 2014, Trevolus J. Pickett, a 20-year-old Chicago resident, was fatally shot in the South Austin neighborhood of the city. On the night of April 18, Trevolus was walking with his cousin Terrell Robinson and a friend named Mark Hall along Congress Parkway.
