On June 21, 2014, Taurus A. Williams, a 23-year-old male, was shot and killed in the Morgan Park neighborhood on Chicago's South Side. The shooting occurred near the intersection of 111th Street and South Homewood Avenue at approximately 4:44 p.m. Williams was shot in the chest, and emergency responders were unable to save his life.
