On a summer evening in Denver, Colorado, the life of 23-year-old Jesus Hernandez-Silva was tragically cut short. On August 14, 1993, at the intersection of 34th and Franklin Street, an altercation occurred between Hernandez-Silva and unknown individuals in a vehicle. The dispute escalated, resulting in Hernandez-Silva being shot.
