Orasio Flores, 27, a male of Hispanic/Latino ethnicity, was shot in Denver in the early hours of August 17, 2017, after gunfire erupted near East Lowry Boulevard and Alton Way in the Lowry neighborhood. Responding officers found a gravely wounded victim; he was rushed to the hospital and died a short time later.
