On a Saturday afternoon, the 1st of February, 1986, a sense of normalcy was shattered in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Kenneth Shawn Mcwethy, a 23-year-old White/Caucasian male, was on duty as an officer with the Albuquerque Police Department.
