In the winter of 2015, the life of Paul Randy Rael, a 43-year-old male, was cut short in a burst of violence in Albuquerque, New Mexico. On the evening of February 1st, a confrontation that had been brewing for days reached its tragic conclusion. The dispute reportedly began several days earlier over a mere $30 drug debt, during which an acquaintance of Rael's was involved in a physical altercation with another man.
