In the early morning hours of August 11, 2018, the life of 32-year-old Michael Summerall, a male resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, was tragically cut short by gun violence. The fatal incident unfolded around 5 a.m. at the Motel 76, a location that had been associated with previous violent crimes. Officers were dispatched to the scene, where they discovered Summerall on the ground with at least one gunshot wound. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but succumbed to his injuries.
