Kevin Davis, aged 36, was fatally shot on July 20, 2015, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident took place in the West Side neighborhood of Austin, which has been notably affected by frequent gun violence. Davis was reportedly near a sidewalk on the 5100 block of West Harrison Street when the shooting occurred at around 3:15 p.m. He was struck multiple times by gunfire. Emergency responders transported him to Stroger Hospital, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
