Andrew Aguilar, a 33-year-old resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, met a tragic end on June 14, 2022, when he was fatally shot. The incident occurred in Albuquerque, where Aguilar was living at the time of his death. On the day of the incident, officers responded to a scene and found Aguilar, who had been shot and was subsequently declared deceased.

The investigation into Aguilar's death led to the identification of a suspect. Joseph T. Garcia was arrested and accused of murdering Andrew ...
