In the small town of Saint Charles, Iowa, a quiet winter Saturday in 2002 was shattered by a tragic event that claimed the life of 23-year-old Rachael Talli. On February 23rd of that year, the young woman's life was cut short when she was shot to death in her own home. The man responsible for her death was identified as 28-year-old Howard Iseton, with whom she lived.
