Kelsey Sue Stahl, a 24-year-old certified nursing assistant, was shot to death on December 19, 2010, in her apartment at Miller Ridge Apartments in Clinton, Iowa. The incident involved her boyfriend, Jason Tate, who was 32 years old at the time.
