On July 24, 2016, a tragic incident occurred in Des Moines, Iowa, resulting in the death of Dennis Strable, a 59-year-old resident of the city. Dennis Strable was a tattoo artist by trade and was known for his free-spirited nature and his love for spending time with family and friends.
