In the early morning hours of July 24, 2016, the life of Dennis "Freebird" Strable, a 59-year-old White / Caucasian male from Des Moines, Iowa, was tragically cut short. A well-known tattoo artist and a described free spirit, Strable was riding his bicycle, his primary mode of transportation, in the Kingman neighborhood when he was fatally shot.
